January 2010 A New Years Resolution?
While we deal with Iowa's harsh winter weather this is an excellent time to evaluate your personal real estate needs.
1. Is the home you are in right now fitting all your needs?
2. If you are considering making a move in the next six to twelve months you will want a current market analysis to best understand the financial impact.
3. If you have lived in your current home 5 of the last 8 years you may qualify for the $6500 tax credit. You must have an offer in place April 30, 2010 and close by June 30, 2010.
4. If you are a renter or getting out on your own for the first time the first time buyer credit for up to $8000 has been extended as well don't miss out on that opportunity.
